WHEN do you ship? Due to the high volume of internet sales, telephone orders and in store customers, your order is usually shipped within 2 - 3 business days of receiving payment via the method you choose during checkout. Occasionally the merchandise may be out of stock but can be shipped to you directly from our drop ship carrier. We will notify you by email so please be sure to check your emails.
WHERE do you ship to?
We currently ship within the U.S for orders placed on the website. International customers please read the International Shipping information below. Please contact us toll free at (866) 523-8828 if you would like for your order to be shipped USPS Express or Federal Express Mail.
HAWAII RESIDENTS: Please contact us if you would like us to ship your merchandise by the United States Postal Service and are experiencing difficulties accessing the (PRIORITY) mailing feature. You will get a response within 24 hours.

HOW do you ship?
We package your products and ship them according to the shipping options on the checkout page. Currently we are offering the United States Postal Service and Federal Express.
At no extra cost to you, we reserve the right to ship your merchandise through any shipping carrier not specified by you, in order to eliminate a delay in getting your merchandise to you.
RATES to ship?
Our rates are calculated based on the choice of shipping provider, speed of delivery, and the weight of the products you purchase.
How to track an order that's been shipped?
Your tracking number will be sent to you via email when you are notified that your merchandise was picked up by the shipping carrier you chose for delivery.
How do I return products?
We will replace any defective merchandise at no charge and will also send you through email a return label. Simply request a return label and send back the merchandise with a copy of your receipt and a new package will be sent. Returns will only be honored 60 days after the date of purchase. No exceptions for non-confirmed returns, items returned without a receipt or items returned after 60 days. These items will not be accepted by Clothing Especially So Rich and will be returned back to the customer. All other returns will be accepted for exchange or credit only. If a mandatory refund is requested, there will be a 15% restocking fee from any refusal return shipments or any cancelled requested shipments. No exceptions!
