Frequently Asked Questions About Shipping and Returns
WHEN do you Ship? Due to the high volume of internet sales and telephone orders, all orders received before 2:00 P.M. PST are usually shipped out on the next business day. All order received after 2:00 P.M. PST are shipped within 2 - 3 business days of receiving payment via the method you chose during checkout. Occasionally the merchandise may be out of stock but will be shipped to you as soon as it arrives from our distributors. We will notify you by email so please be sure to check your emails.
WHERE do you ship to? We currently ship within the U.S for orders placed on the website or by telephone. International customers please read the International Shipping information below. INTERNATIONAL - Effective November 2, 2011, we are no longer accepting orders from International Countries via our website or through PayPal, except Canada.
HOW do you ship? We package your products and ship them according to the shipping option you selected on the checkout page. We currently offer the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). If your order completes its processing stage after the shipping carrier you chose has picked up, we reserve the right to ship your merchandise through any shipping carrier not specified by you in order to eliminate further delay.
SHIPPING RATES - Our rates are calculated by the choice of the shipping carrier chosen, speed of delivery, and the weight of the products you purchase.
How to track an order that's been shipped? Your tracking number will be sent to you via email when you are notified that your merchandise was picked up by the shipping carrier you chose for delivery.
How do I return products?
Defective Items - We will replace defective merchandise and send you a return label by email. Simply request a return label by email support@cesrhiphop.com or telephone (866) 523-8828. All tags must accompany each returned item. Place the defective item(s) in the same box with a copy of your receipt and seal the box. Print the label from your email, place it on the sealed box and take it to the nearest Federal Express location. Your replacement item will be shipped out the same day we receive your return unless the return is received after 3:00 P.M. (PST), it will ship out the following day.
Returns - We cannot send you a return label if you ordered something too large or too small. You must make arrangements for the return. We will re-ship exchanges at no extra cost to you. Returns will be honored for 30 days after the date of purchase. No exceptions for non-confirmed returns, items returned without a receipt or items returned after 30 days. These items will not be accepted by Clothing Especially So Rich for refund but we will offer you a store credit; provided all tags are still attached to each item returned and the item has not been worn or washed.
Re-Stock Fee - There will be a 15% re-stock fee for mandatory refund requests, refusal returns or any cancelled requested shipments. The 15% re-stock fee will be calculated by the total amount of the returned merchandise and any sales tax paid if applicable will be included with any refund issued. The shipping amount paid for any return is not refundable.
For refusal shipments, the 15% re-stock fee will be calculated by the total amount of the returned merchandise in addition to the shipping cost for the returned merchandise as a result of refusal or cancelled orders. Any sales tax paid if applicable will be included with the refund amount issued.
