Clothing Especially So Rich generally use FedEx, UPS or the USPS exclusively to ship all customer orders. All orders are shipped out within 48 hours after receipt of payment although much ship out with 24 hours depending upon our current workload and the time of day the payment was received. Shipping quotes can be obtained for domestic orders by adding items into the online shopping cart and entering in your zip code on the checkout page.
All orders must have a valid email address and/or telephone number so a representative can contact you if there is a problem with your order. After your order is confirmed and shipping cost has been determined, your order will be shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. USPS is our preferred shipping carrier because we have 24/7 drop off access to their facility. To ensure your order is delivered to you as soon as possible, we reserve the right to ship your order out with any carrier provided your preferred carrier has already picked up that day. Domestic Shipping: FedEx is our default shipping method for all domestic and most Canadian orders. If you placed your order online, you will receive a shipping notification email once your order has shipped. This email will contain a link to your order status page which will have your tracking number listed. This page can also be printed out and used as your invoice. For all other order methods tracking numbers will be made available upon request.
International Shipping: The USPS (United States Postal Service) is our default shipping method for most International shipments. The USPS normally offers up to 3 different shipping options and will provide you a quote for each method. After you choose your shipping method we will provide you with your invoice and payment instructions. After payment is received and your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number for your shipment.
