WHEN do you Ship?

All orders are shipped out the same day or within 1 business day providing there is no discrepancy with your payment. Occasionally the merchandise may be out of stock but will be shipped to you as soon as it arrives from our distributors. A courtesy gift will accommodate your order for any delays. You will be notified by email requesting your response to the out of stock item(s), so please check your emails. WHERE do you ship to? We ship worldwide for orders placed on our website or by telephone if you have any other questions or concerns regarding shipping, please contact us by email at or by telephone at (323) 233-4726. You will get an email response within 24 hours; if not sooner.

HOW do you ship?

We package your products and ship them according to the shipping option you selected on the checkout page. We currently offer the United States Postal Service Priority and Fed Ex. If your order completes its processing stage after the shipping carrier you chose has picked up, we reserve the right to ship your merchandise with any shipping carrier in order to eliminate a delay. We are determined to get your order shipped out to you as soon as possible.

Our shipping rates are calculated by the choice of the shipping carrier chosen, speed of delivery, and the weight of the products you purchase.HOW to track an order that's been shipped? Your tracking number will be sent to you via email and will indicate the shipping carrier. We reserve the right to ship your merchandise with any available shipping carrier if he carrier you chose has picked up when your order completes processing, in order to eliminate a delay.

HOW do I return products?

DEFECTIVE ITEMS - We will replace defective merchandise and send you a return label by email. Simply request a return label by email at or by telephone at (323) 233-4726. All tags must accompany each returned item. Place the defective item(s) in the same box (if possible) with a copy of your receipt indicating the defect and seal the box. Print the label from your email, place it on the sealed box and you will be instructed by email the drop off shipping facility for your return. You can also request for your return to be picked up at your location. Your replacement item will be shipped out the same day we receive your return unless the return is received after 3:00 P.M. (PST), it will ship out the following day.

RETURNS - We cannot send you a return label if you ordered something too large, too small, wrong color, wrong size,etc. You must make arrangements for the return. As a courtesy, we will ship exchanges at no extra cost to you. Returns will be honored for 30 days after the date of purchase. No exceptions for non-confirmed returns, items returned without a receipt or items returned after 30 days. These items will not be accepted by Clothing Especially So Rich for refund but we will offer you a store credit; provided all tags are still attached to each item returned and the item has not been worn or washed.

RE-STOCK FEE - Customer satisfaction is our number one goal and there is no fee for re-stocking returned items.
